Manfred has trained on a State level and is still with the Regional Olympic Developmental Program (ODP) as Senior Staff.  Formerly a member of the ENYYSA Instructional Staff.  In addition he is the DOC in Merrick.

Manfred has trained teams on all levels from Semi-Professional, College, High School, Middle School, and Elementary School.  In Europe he has trained Professional teams in the adult and youth organizations.

Manfred Kapper’s playing career spans several decades and continents. He played for the Greek American Atlas out of Astoria, N.Y. Prior he played Semi-pro for the Albany (NY) Capitals, played Professionally with FC Admira Wacker of Austria where he competed in the international circuit.

Manfred is a graduate of University Federal Research Institute of Higher Technology of Moedling, Austria, where he studied Precision Engineering
